• Clean and safe – The Ice Barrel is made from linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), a non-toxic, BPA-free, medical-grade material. It’s non-porous, so it won’t absorb oils, toxins or other contaminants. Plus, it’s easy to keep clean.
• Compact and portable – The Ice Barrel’s compact, lightweight design means it can be easily integrated into almost any kind of environment. All you need is about 5 square feet of space that can support at least 750 pounds (the weight of the Ice Barrel when filled 80 gallons of water).

        • Should I get the Ice Barrel 300 or 400?
          • The Ice Barrel 300 and 400 are unique in their own ways. When considering which is best for you, consider climate, accessibility and how you will use the barrel. The 400 is taller and larger, so it allows for a more relaxed upright position. The 300 is shorter and wider, so it is easier to enter and exit without using a step stool. The 300 is also fully insulated, so it might be a good choice for those who live in warmer climates.

        • Does Ice Barrel have a chiller?
          • The Ice Barrel Chiller is coming soon! Our state-of-the-art water chiller is launching soon. Sign up for the waitlist and you’ll be the first to know when it launches. Signing up for email alerts is the only way to guarantee you’ll get the chance to have first dibs when the chiller launches.

        • Can I put it on a balcony?
          • The Ice Barrel is compact and portable, so it’s a great option for people in apartments or with limited space. Keep in mind that while the Ice Barrel 400 is only 55 lbs. when empty, it weighs more than 900 pounds when full, so make sure your space can safely support its full weight.

        • How do I clean and maintain the Ice Barrel?
          • The Ice Barrel requires very little maintenance. It has an easy-to-use drainage system that connects to a standard garden hose. 
          • We recommend changing the water every four weeks or as preferred. You can keep your water cleaner by using a water stabilizer. We recommend our maintenance kit, which includes everything you’ll need to keep your Ice Barrel clean and functional.

        • What if I don’t have a chiller?
          • While the Ice Barrel has easy connects for chillers, it can just as easily be used with ice. Simply plug the inlet port at the top of the barrel (the plug is included with your purchase) then fill with water and ice to reach your desired temperature.

        • How are Ice Barrels made?
          • We take pride in the fact that our Ice Barrels are made in the USA using a very involved process to get the edges smooth and make the barrel extremely durable. Our Ice Barrel products took several years of research and development to arrive at the design you see today. The barrels are made using advanced rotomolding technology. Rotomolding is a production process that allows us to rapidly produce a consistent and high-quality product that our customers love. Through this technology, we are able to produce highly durable, thick-walled barrels. This means that you don’t have to worry about your Ice Barrel failing or breaking down over time

            FREE SHIPPING 

            Most orders qualify for free shipping, with certain exclusions (such as Healthsmart, Therasage, Healthyline, Scandia, Halotherapy, Ice Barrel). Please note that this eligibility may vary over time due to manufacturer arrangements.

            INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

            We regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping. Our shipping services are limited to the lower 48 states in the USA. If located in Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada please contact us for delivery options.

            ORDER SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION

            Upon placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order in our system and pre-authorization of your credit card for the purchase. We immediately contact our suppliers to verify stock availability for immediate shipment. Should your item be on backorder or unavailable, we’ll cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. For items ready for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we’ll process the charges and proceed with shipping.

            ORDER DISPATCH TIMELINE

            If your order is in stock and the payment is processed, it will ship within five to seven business days from the order date. You’ll receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the provided email address during checkout.
